-        29 Mar 2008- Tidewater Piranhas are guests of the Norfolk Admirals AHL hockey team, going on ice for National Anthem.                    Norfolk, VA

-        14 Mar 2008- Power soccer demonstration at Your Power, Your Choice conference, ODU, Norfolk

-        7-8 March 2008- Both Piranhas teams participate at USPSA East Coast Regional Championships, Suwannee Georgia

-        Feb 2008- Division I Piranhas are named “Piranhas Red Fish” and the Division II Piranhas are named “Piranhas Blue Fish”

-        19 Feb 2008- USPSA is admitted to US Soccer Federation as an affiliate member

 

2007

-        15 Dec 2007- First official power soccer match in Virginia; Piranhas defeat the Bennett Blazers (of Baltimore, Maryland) 3-0 in            Chesapeake, Virginia

-        10 Dec 2007- VPSA gives presentation to Chesapeake Rotary Club

-        18 Nov 2007- Tidewater Piranhas attend the Championship game of Major League Soccer at RFK Stadium in Washington DC

-        16-17 Nov 2007- Tidewater Piranhas Division I participate in the first Autumn Cup held in conjunction with the World Expo on            Disabilities in Washington DC

-        11 Nov 2007- Two VPSA members travel to Southern New Jersey to assist with power soccer clinic to prospective team from            Philadelphia area

-        8-13 Oct 2007- FIPFA World Cup, Tokyo, Japan; USA wins inaugural World Cup; 2 members of VPSA were on-hand to watch                this historic event

-        Aug 2007- Tidewater Piranhas move up to Division I and create another Division II team
